KITCHEN/DINER

The open plan kitchen/diner spans the whole length of the house and is perfect for

celebrating with family and friends.

The large dining table can easily seat 16 guests and the kitchen island can seat a further 6 guests.

Bifold doors provide lots of natural light and open onto the garden and patio area.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and includes a large american fridge/freezer (with ice and water dispenser) , 900cm electric range cooker , dish washer , microwave , nespresso virtuo coffee machine , kettle and toaster.

LOUNGE

Centred around a large inglenook fireplace the lounge has three large sofas , coffee table and flat screen TV and DVD.

DRAWING ROOM

The drawing room has two sofas one of which is a large double sofa bed and with the addition of an air hockey table is a versatile room for entertaining, relaxing or as an extra bedroom.
